					<description>Well, I agree partially with Dayal... Looking at the mobile subscriber base in india... those at the BOP now have mobile phones but the flip side is that they are not completely knowledgeable of the terms of the service providers and fall victims to the power of the media...they end up paying money for ringtones and caller tunes...and have no clue how the payment works... There are 2 things that are required from the companies involved.. commitment to educate these customers and a clear conscious to sell them only what is of value...</description>
